Bowes Buddies is a 501(c)(3) established in October 2024 to assist the Allen, TX animal shelter manage their citizen fosters by administering a stand-alone foster program. Bowes Buddies recruits, trains, and supports the volunteer fosters for the Allen Animal shelter.
